Diamond Guide

5. Why Are 4Cs So Important to Us?
Because we want a precious stone to carry the quality it deserves in every aspect. At ISOU Jewelry, every diamond is examined by our experts using the 4C system and presented to you with care. Choose Your Diamond Consciously, Be Confident in Your Sparkle. At ISOU Jewelry, our goal is to offer you not just a piece of jewelry, but a memory that will sparkle for a lifetime. If you'd like to learn more about diamonds or discover the perfect stone for you, our experts are just a message away.
4. Clarity Clarity (Natural Marks): Microscopic marks can form within a diamond as it forms in nature. These are called inclusions. If these marks are invisible to the naked eye, the stone is still quite valuable. At ISOU, we avoid stones with visible marks and only include diamonds with clarity levels VS and above in our collection.
A diamond... A stone that captivates with its sparkle and impresses with its elegance. But behind this sparkle lies not only aesthetics but also a rigorous expertise and quality assessment system. At ISOU JEWELLERY, we select every diamond according to international 4C standards and are committed to providing you with the most accurate and reliable information.
So What Are These 4Cs? Why Are They So Important?
These four golden criteria that determine the value of a diamond have become the common language used by millions of people around the world when buying diamonds.
1. Carat Carat (Weight) refers to the weight of a diamond. 1 carat is equal to 0.20 grams. Larger carats are generally considered more valuable, but this doesn't always mean better.
ISOU Recommendation: When determining your carat selection, be careful to maintain balance between cut and clarity.
2. Cut Cut (Sparkle and Brilliance) determines how a diamond reflects light. A perfect cut gives a diamond its unique brilliance. If the cut is poor, even the highest carat can appear dull.
What Do We Do As ISOU?
We only choose diamonds with cuts in the "Excellent" and "Very Good" categories. Because we believe a diamond should not only be large but also sparkling.
3. Color Color (Degree of Colorlessness): Diamonds are graded on a scale from colorless to yellow. The highest quality is completely colorless, designated by the letter D.
In ISOU Jewellery collections, we generally prefer colours in the D–G range.
Why?
Because in this range, the diamond does not lose its shine and is in the ideal balance in terms of price and performance.
