• You can submit your return requests via email to aysu@isoujewellery.com or contact us using the contact information on our website. The product must be delivered to ISOU within 14 days of shipment. Any shipping costs or customs duties that may arise during this process are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be within 14 days of its invoice date, its tags must be intact and unused, it must not have lost its resalable quality, and it must be in its original condition. Products that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, orders made in yellow gold and rose gold are considered special orders and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not have rings in stock. Since all rings are custom-made and made to measure, unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not accepted in this product category.
