You can order ISOU Jewelry products anytime through our online store. After your order is placed, our team will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
If the product you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible. If it's not in stock, it will be custom-made for you, and delivery typically takes up to 10 days. Our team will inform you of the custom production process and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
If your order is ready sooner than expected, the product will be shipped immediately and you will be notified. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or peak order periods; in such cases, you will be notified.
ISOU Jewellery reserves the right to cancel orders or not to sell in cases where it deems necessary or in cases where it violates the site rules.

Shipping and Delivery

ISOU Jewelry offers free domestic and international shipping. A signature is required for all shipments upon delivery. Therefore, it is important to take this into account when specifying the delivery address (home or workplace). For high-value orders, it is recommended to use the invoice address.
After your order is shipped, domestic deliveries within Türkiye are generally completed within 1 to 3 business days, and international deliveries are completed within 5 to 7 business days.
For shipments outside of Türkiye, all import duties, sales taxes and other customs costs that may arise in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Unworn jewelry is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Personalized orders and custom-made items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. 
The products to be returned must be sent in their original ISOU Jewellery packaging.
