To ensure the longevity of your ISOU JEWELLERY design and to preserve its structure and appearance, we recommend that you follow the instructions below:

• To avoid exposing ISOU JEWELLERY designs to harsh chemicals, we recommend avoiding wearing them in the pool or sea. Try to keep your product as dry as possible.
• Avoid contact with substances such as creams, make-up and perfumes as they can cause the jewelry to lose its shine.
• Avoid leaving designs in the sun.
• Remove your ISOU JEWELLERY designs during physical activities.

ISOU Jewellery offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to branded, current products purchased through isoujewellery.com.
In order to process the warranty, proof of purchase must be presented.
The warranty covers only defects resulting from manufacturing and materials. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, external interference, or natural wear and tear over time is excluded from the warranty.
Once your item requiring repair is received, it will be sent to our workshop. Your jewelry will be evaluated at our workshop, and you will be informed of the repair fee. Once you accept the fee, the repair process will begin. Repairs can take approximately two weeks to complete.
Once the repair is complete and quality checks are completed, we will return your products to the address you provided. Our sales team will contact you to let you know when your repaired product is ready.

Situations Not Covered by Warranty / Exceptions from Our Warranty:

1. The warranty covers only defects resulting from manufacturing and materials. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, external interference, or natural wear and tear over time is excluded from the warranty.
2. If a piece of jewelry designed by ISOU JEWELLERY is altered by a different jeweler, your warranty will be void.
3. The warranty becomes void in case of any loss, deformation or damage to the product caused by user error.
4. The warranty covers only defects resulting from manufacturing and materials. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, external interference, or natural wear and tear over time is excluded from the warranty.
5. Loss of single stones such as diamonds, rubies, emeralds etc. is not covered by the ISOU JEWELLERY warranty.
