Order and Delivery<\/h2>\nWe offer free shipping on all orders over 2,500 TL within Turkey. All orders are insured. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track the status of your order by clicking the link in this email. Your order will be shipped to your address within 15 business days at the latest. In-stock items will ship within 1 to 5 business days. Shipping times for out-of-stock items may vary depending on the production process. If an item you ordered is out of stock, an ISOU JEWELLERY representative will contact you. You will have 2 hours after placing your order to make any changes to your order through the system, including cancellations. If you would like to select a different size, diameter, color, or length, or create a custom order, please contact our Customer Service team at aysu@isoujewellery.com or call us at +90 532 794 18 62 before placing your order.\n

Return & Exchange Procedure<\/h2>\nYou can return or exchange products purchased from ISOU JEWELLERY within 14 days of delivery, unused, in their original packaging, with all protective materials and labels intact. We recommend sending your returned\/exchanged products via registered mail. Products are the customer's responsibility until received by ISOU JEWELLERY, and the customer is responsible for return\/exchange shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss during delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the product. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed within a certain period of time, based on your credit card or original payment method. Our team will provide detailed information about the process.\n
